So today we have another visit with the OB, Dr Simon in Warragul where we will get the results from the Gestational Diabetes Test that I did last Monday. I'm a little bit nervous about that. Gestational diabetes is really something that I do not want to get, but because of my Polycystic Ovaries I have a greater chance. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the results are negative.
I've also got to ask him about my irregular heart beat. It is a little bit disconcerting to hear your pulse in your ear, especially at night when all is quiet. It is even more disconcerting when that pulse decides to skip beats and add in extras late at night when you are trying to get to sleep. It must have gone on for a couple of hours one night as I got to enjoy some late night television including Stargate Altantis and a repeat of the old classic, Tour of Duty. Jochen kept snoring through it all as he was really tired and I didn't want to wake him up and get him to feel my pulse to make sure that I wasn't imagining it. Actually deep down I probably didn't want to wake him up and confirm that it was all very weird. I was worried enough as it was. Finally I was that tired that the noise of the TV was able to block the noise of my irregular pulse and I got to sleep. I'm sure it is just to do with the extra pressure being placed on my heart as not only there is more blood moving around but Ernie is starting to take up more room in my chest. It has also happened years before and they weren't able to find out what it was. I do promise I will get it checked though, to reassure not only any of you reading this who might be a little worried but Jochen and myself.
Anyway I'm sure Dr. Simon is going to say that everything is fine. I'll keep you all posted.

I've removed a comment that just seemed to be someone trying to advertise Casinos in Las Vegas.
Didn't feel like it was very relevant to the blog.
